Aims Objectives and description of activities: The most relevant horizontal priorities are: “Sustainable investment, quality and efficiency of education, training and youth systems” and “entrepreneurial learning-entrepreneuership education”. Our key objectives are to promote “Sustainable investment, quality and efficiency of education, training and youth systems” by learning how to identify trying new things effectively, efficiently, and digitally, to help students and stakeholders adapt new practices across Europe. We aim to meet those objectives through defining and analysing and understanding the concept, developing knowledge, competences and skills through collaboration between European pupils, enchancing the ability to personalize the learning experience in different cultures, using the new/innovative digital forms of entrepreneurship, encouraging the youth to learn ”Stimulating European Trade” in the future.
To meet our “entrepreneurial learning -entrepreneuership education” objectives, learners will: Be aware of business cultures in Europe, develope and enrich pupils’ understanding of the concept of diversity and inclusion,be aware of other cultural views on business and understand how ICT have changed our way to develop Entrepreneurship. These activites will take place during two short-term joint staff training events and four short-term exchanges of groups of pupils. Number and profile of participants: There are six partner schools from Turkey,Spain,Italy,England,Greece, and Portugal. All have varied experiences and expertise and an interest in innovative teaching methods and the topic of entrepreneuership; interest in developing a concept for school events to improve European awareness. Methodologies used: A baseline assessment will be developed and conducted at the start of the project and repeated at the end to measure impact. The project will be divided into 4 modules over 2 years which will be embedded into cross-curricular subjects. Outcomes and documents will be shared on eTwinning, social media and school websites. Pupils will work together face-to-face at multilateral meetings staff and students will work on the following modules: Module 1 – How do we become an Entrepreneuer ? Module 4 – The role of ICT in Entrepreneurial Learning. We have created a planning Twinspace which can later be used for eTwinning training Impact: The impact of our project will be measured via the baseline assessment which will be repeated and evaluations at the end of each multilateral meeting. We will apply for relevant awards such as the eTwinning Quality Label, the International School Award, Local International Education Awards and any other relevant awards. Results: will be detailed in the following manner: Online magazine; Blog; Four ‘Open Day Activities’; A video of the meeting; New website; Twinspace. Impact envisaged: The impact on all students should be that they leave school as learners who are more empowered to reach their full potential, with enhanced life; to get a once lifetime opportunity to get a whiff of how business works in the countries of the project partners and aware of the needs of others in an inclusive society; leading them to be more effective contributers/citizens to society and enhance their future employabity prospects.
