Launch Event: Scenarios for the integration of Virtual Exchange in Higher Education (10 December, 11:00-13:00h CET)

Virtual Exchange is a powerful and innovative pedagogy to enable deep, interactive intercultural learning through online facilitated discussions. But how can Higher Education across Europe expand internationalisation at home through Virtual Exchange? And how can it be integrated and accredited as a stable component of the academic offer?

The FRAMES consortium has developed scenarios for the integration of Virtual Exchange in Higher Education, a new report presenting different scenarios of integration of blended mobility by Higher Education Institutions, focusing mainly on Virtual Exchange approaches, along with cases illustrating how VE has been implemented within the educational offerings of HEIs.

The event will present scenarios for the integration of VE in Higher Education, and it will explore the constraints and opportunities of the implementation and accreditation of VE in Higher Education, with a specific focus on the European Higher Education Area, and the Irish, Italian, and Spanish Higher Education systems.
