Project Summary
In schools, teachers and students cooperate, develop professionally, and all need to feel safe.Unfortunately, discrimination, harassment and aggression are present in schools, although there is legislation to counteract these phenomena and to provide safety and comfort.
To reduce the number of cases of violence and discrimination, partner schools must work together to find ways and means of eliminating these behaviors.Schools will share experiences, good practices, similarities and differences between prevention plans. The authorities’ involvement in addressing these issues will be analyzed.By implementing this project we want to share our experience and acquire new knowledge,by comparing prevention plans in partner schools to help children. We chose the topic as a result of the problems in schools. Our goal is to promote games in close connection with friendly attitude, harmony and continuous tolerance, with the development of communication skills, teamwork and elimination of violence and discrimination, responding to the challenges set by the Europe 2020 Strategy.Since children love games, they are willing to invest more time and effort,so they’ll learn better when being involved actively in the game than in classroom activities. The exchange of experiences and practices allows us to observe good examples and apply them to our schools. We want our students to be aware of the negative effects of violence and discrimination and to help them tolerate, respect and accept each other,to create a friendly atmosphere in our schools. Our project will use traditional, modern and PC games to provide new ways to tackle violence and discrimination, and we want this to be the key to solving the problem.
