Project Summary

If cultural diversity enriches a society, the educational system must make additional efforts to fully exploit this potential in the classroom, diversity can optimize learning and prepare students to the outside world, provided that teachers are trained to consider diversity as an opportunity, not an obstacle.
Because each culture is a set of sustained influences it will be an opportunity for us to show our diversity, traditions, art, music as well as those of our partners. We’ll also value the cultures of the various minorities and their traditions in their diversity to a great friendship and tolerance. The various exchanges we’ve had through e – Twinning, on Facebook, work collaboratively defined the bases of our project. 6 schools will be coordinated from the Romanian team.
Work teams (students, teachers, community) expect this project a positive action on the daily working environment in schools to give sense by linking the production of our products and the realization of project activities to disciplinary programs students. The project helps students to initiate an international dialogue with French correspondents on the themes related to the tolerance and friendship. This will show how this cultural and linguistic diversity is expressed in poetry music and sport. The project also includes the creation of a site, recording a CD with dances and songs of the partners, an interactive book and a Roman Photo.
The pedagogical project ‘Sharing Friendship ‘ objectives ‘ aim to strengthen self-confidence among children, raise awareness of the fight against school violence, autonomy so that image of themselves from the educational point of view, we believe that the discovery of the riches of other cultures opens the mind to the tolerance and respect for the other. Visits and training will allow teachers to improve the methods, management class and skills. This could help to establish social relations and professional teachers.
We want to prepare our children to become responsible citizens capable of contributing to the development of a society democratic, pluralist and open to other cultures. Ensure all students opportunities for social emancipation. Combat prejudices and all forms of discrimination (cultural, social, philosophical). The diversity of the partnership which brings together different institutions, of different sizes, located in rural and urban areas, and with a strong European dimension guarantee rich practices of the experiments varied discussions, useful results and a strong motivation.
The acquisition of the notion of the importance of their respect, through sports games rules, is the skill which must stand before the future European citizens. All the activities we have scheduled (surveys, questionnaires, visits, recordings of dances and songs, minutes are planned in this sense. The team will create and feed a website so that our products are disseminated and available to the greatest number. Thanks to the diversity of the partner countries and the sharing of our findings, our experiences and our practices we give meaning to the training of our students. Indeed it will be promoting our best way to convey that attach to the tolerance and friendship.
