Project Summary

Overall aim:The overall aim of the project is to customize the tools of business modelling, planning and successful implementation for the social entrepreneurship sphere, and through designing and realizing a training of trainers for social entrepreneurship to ensure education of young people and youth workers in above-mentioned spheres.General vision:To strengthen the sustainability of existing social entrepreneurial activities by CSOs and social enterprises, as well as to support CSOs and community initiative groups in the development of successful SEs, for the general benefit of the development of their communities and the target audience of young people the enterprises are serving.Main component: The main component of the project is customization of tools for designing and running of social enterprises and realization of a ToT for Social Entrepreneurship (face-to-face and online, through multi language e-learning platform) aimed at development of the training capacities of the educators to engage in SE training activities, providing them with methodologies, tools, training and facilitation competencies regarding regional/community development through social entrepreneurship to ensure education of young people and youth workers in SE sphere.Objectives:- Researching existing models of education of entrepreneurship, business development tools and successful basis for good practices; adapting them to the EaP countries context;- To develop non-formal learning and educational tools (multilingual) for successful design and implementation of SE initiatives;- To provide customized tools and methods for youth workers and civil society trainers to work with CSOs and young people for the successful planning and implementation of social enterprises as a means of community development; to equip participants with multiplying skills for further work with young people in their respective communities;- To create opportunities for meetings, getting informed, networking between the players in the field of SE and different stakeholders, fostering cross-sector and multilevel cooperation;- Create a pool of representatives working in the field of entrepreneurship, business training, non-formal education, legal and financial education, social impact field, community development, etc.- Making available the project’s results for a large network of stakeholders, youth workers and young people.
