Project Summary

The project gathers youth from Austria, Belgium and Netherlands.

The project aims to create a “collectif” of youth talents and skills.

The objectifs of the “collectif “are to mutualize the talents and multidisciplinary skills of young people in order to achieve their collective and individual development as well as their promotion at national and international level with a particular focus on Europe and its partner countries.

The “collectif “will allow a collective development: all members will work towards collaboration, the establishment of partnerships, exchange and sharing of knowledge and expertise, and on solidarity. We believe everyone needs everyone to progress. No one can know everything and do everything alone. We believe that everyone has a skill that can be usefull for other. By combining the skills and individual talents, the project will create a kind of collective intelligence that will serve individual and collective projects.

This is a situation WIN_WIN process.

The collective will allow individual development: to complete the skills he has, a member may apply to the collective’s network for information, knowledge or expertise, logistical support, national and international visibility. …. he will earn new opportunities for his career.

It will be led by 30 young persons from the partners’ organizations. Each partner will gather a group of 10 youngsters of 13 to 16 years old.

The collective will be lead in all three countries by these young project managers. Their work will be based on local specificities and opportunities and on the demands of their members. Secondly, they will provide the international dimension of the project by establishing a network of cooperation between the national collectives and their members. By organizing promotional and communication events. The most biggest one will be a youth skill festival with the item Theater. They will also work on the extension of the network.
