Project Summary

The project Stories in Motion” included 4 partners (France, Italie, Estonie & Rép. Tchèque).

Those 4 partners had the wish to create a community of learning around storytellingin adult education. More precisely we wished to work, exchange and improve our methods for adults learners in transition and/or low qualified.Another dimension was to promote this topicin our local and national working communities thanks to dissémination activities.
Participants :
1. transnational meetings 4 x 5 meeting = 20 ; national coordinator (1 / organisme) ;
2. workshops : 180 (about 45 / country) ;
3. mulitplier events : 15 (physical) + more than 300 (virtual).

Objectives :
* Explore différent methods where storytelling support empowerment, emplyability, and basic competenes (oral and written expression);
* discuss on how to adapt to different realities;
* improve the quality of our training activities ;
* promote & disseminate the results and topics among social workers, educators, trainers.

Activities:
* 5 transnational meeting ;
* 3 local workshops / country ;
* 1 multiplier workshop / country ;
* 2 online expert chats ;
* 1 ressource plateform : https://storiesinmotionproject.wordpress.com/
* dissemination : 8 webinars, an exchange platforme [www.facebook.com/pg/storiesinmotionproject/], an e-book with inspiring quotes, mailing, online articles etc.;
* Reports.

Results & impacts
On organisms : new methods, new opening, new activities, new partnerships.
On national coordinators : developement of numerous competences around storytelling in education ; self-esteem ; nouveaux projects & activities.
On target groups of the workshops : self-esteem, oral & written expression, imagination, créativity.
On target groups of multiplier events : knowledge of the topic, access to ressources, new methods and exercices.
On the public (followers of our FB page) : discover and deepen the topics, tools, inspirations, exchanges.
