Project Summary

In the EU 2020 Strategy Document; The importance of investing in the development of education and human resources in the 21st century, which is defined as the information age with the scientific and technological advances and revolutionary transformations in information and communication technologies, has been emphasized for economic and social development. In the 21st century that created its own language, when you don’t speak this language, lessons for students cannot go beyond being seen as a long and monologue. If we can get students to acquire 21st century skills, our children will be able to perform professions that do not already exist. For the acquisition of 21st century skills our project team has sent the problem areas and solution proposals to the project partners via the School Gateway and e Twinning platforms.When the forms are evaluated, common problems in our schools in our project;

-Monotonous processing of lessons, permanence of learning, difficulty in ensuring continuity
-Ignoring individual differences in students’ interests and abilities,
-Insufficiency in students’ creativity, critical thinking, problem solving skills,
-Lack of students and teachers on digital literacy-media literacy have been identified as a need.

Good practices for these problems in our project partner schools have been determined with the information forms we sent to our partners;

1- ITALY: Good practices for learning to learn and access information in the information age
2- LATVIA: Skills to facilitate students’ adaptation to the service sector within the scope of Lifelong Learning
3-TURKEY-MERSİN: Creative problem solving skills and design-oriented thinking practices,
4-CROATIA: Systematic programs for teaching life skills
5-BULGARIA: 21st century Technology Education- Good practices in Robotic Coding
6-TURKEY-UŞAK: Carries out the project of “Use of Conscious Technology for the Future” and will contribute to the project on Media and Digital Literacy.
