The project addresses in particular a cross-sectorial cooperation, allowing for greater synergies across all fields of actions concerning sport organizations, with a special focus on access to rights, autonomy, participation.

SWOST main goal is to promote equal access and participation for women and men at all levels and in all fields of sport, and in particular, to encourage and increase the access and the participation of male and female in sport typically categorized like “gender based sport”, by challenging gender stereotypes and any discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

This objective will be reached through the creation of a set of online tools aimed at providing self-assessment and guidance for clubs and sport associations to improve their policies and awareness.
