Project Summary
The project involves people with disabilities by using sport as a method for inclusion.
The targetgroup is exposed and underpriviliged in the society considering activities.
Several transnational meetings and workshops for the three project partners from Malmö, Berlin and Brighton will be conducted in each contry.
Activities like workshops and teambuilding activities will take place and aim to exchange experiences and inspire the development of each organisation and to include and develop each individual on a personal level. The individual will naturally be included in all different arenas in the society such as home environment, school and leisure.
Results/long-term effects
Through increased knowledge regarding disabilities, against ignorance and accessibility the project can remove barriers which currently keep the individuals with disabilities excluded from the society. The project also contributes to meaningful and fully integrated activities within the society as a whole.
