Project Summary

Our intention is to work on the history of Europe and the Organization through a work that integrates all subjects and explore interactions between our two nations using the methodology of projects promotingthe comprehension of history by all types of students, with or without special needs educational.
Traditionally, in the curriculum of each country, the story is told from the point of view of each country and as a isolated subject. In this work we will study the subject from different times in history the common history from the point of view of each country, so as to reach to a comun vision, creating a critical consciousness that makes them go beyond the clichés and deconstructing stereotypes and prejudices may have with respect to two country and by extension to other countries of Europe and the world.
The objectives of this project are:
– Fostering the assessment of transversal skills throug the methodology of the educational projects.
– Work basic skills through the methodology of educational projects
– Find points of contact between the two cultures.
– Finding influences common to both cultures.
– Find the influences of two cultures in other cultures and countries.
– Make students are aware that our present is shaped by these contact points and these common influences.
– Make students are aware that the same event may be unevenly from different cultures, we need to know the various points of view, otherwise, if we just only know one version of the history it will be biased and our vision can be manipulated.
– Be aware that there are more things that unite us than separate us.
– Awareness of the European reality.
