Project Summary
Project The future of learning was jointly invented and developed by New Motives from Poland, UK Butterflies from Great Britain and Institut INPRO from Czech Republic. The project fits into the priority of ADULT EDUCATION: Expanding and developing the competence of educators, HORIZONTAL: Achieving appropriate skills and competences at a high level and ADULTS EDUCATION: Increasing demand and participation through effective activation strategies. The project has a direct connection and impact on adult education and non-formal education. The main goal of the project is to improve the availability of non-formal education for adults using mobile applications and to increase the effective work tools of educators with adults.
Detailed project objective:
– increasing the competences of adults using non-formal education and educators themselves by developing applications that allow them to continually improve their competences,
– increased knowledge about the needs and expectations of innovative tools in non-formal education
– Improve the availability of educational tools that facilitate the use of non-formal education using mobile applications.
The result of the project is a platform as a mobile application for adults in continuous education. The platform is used to activate adults to constantly learn, improve their competences, acquire new knowledge, practice practical skills, support distance learning processes and consolidate the educator-adult relationship throughout the learning process. The developed tools support the non-formal education market as innovative, new forms of work with adults. The advantage of the tools is the ability to use them outside the place of stationary learning, adjusting the amount of time devoted to learning to your own time options during the day, as well as the substantive value and high quality.
