Project Summary
In the course of the project students of BG/BRG Lichtenfels and lycée Ste Jeanne Elisabeth, their French partner school, will work on the seventeen sustainable development goals of the UNESCO. Through intercultural exchange they will find creative answers to issues, such as, innovations in education, sustainability, protection of the environment and cultural diversity. There will be a vivid exchange of ideas on the future of life over the period of two years. These issues will be discussed and elaborated on by means of workshops, excursions, discussions, interviews, expositions and competitions. 20 students aged 16 from each school will form a team that will be guided by their teachers. They will cooperate virtually and personally during two student exchanges. Apart from the exchanges for students, two training visits of staff will take place, in which five teachers and their respective heads will take part. This project is embedded in the festivities of “150 years BG/BRG Lichtenfels”.
