Project Summary
The application context of the project involves collaboration between different countries of the European Community such as Austria, Bulgaria, Italy, Ireland, Lebanon and Spain which have distinct school systems and career guidance and training. The project aims to obtain the widest possible picture of the scholastic vision and post-school orientation and training in the different national systems so that we could arrive at a transnational identification of the knowledge needs profiles that are taking in account the most relevant approaches of each individual country and accommodate creatively the best practices of other partner countries. _
The project has its primary objective the development of a software platform able to profile people so that they can have clear and concise indications which allow them to make a choice as close as possible to their way of being.
There are 7 participants:
– CNA (National Confederation of Crafts and Small and Medium Enterprises)
– OLTRE s.r.l. school/Institute/Educational centre – Adult education Italia;
– AMADEUS VEREIN FUR TRANSNATIONALE BILDUNG School/Institute/Educational centre – Vocational Training (tertiary level) Austria;
– EUROPEAN CAREER EVOLUTION school/Institute/Educational centre – Vocational Training (tertiary level) Irlanda;
– EUROCIVIS non-governmental organisation/association Spagna;
– ARM-BG (Association on Refugees & Migrants – Bulgaria), research, educational, art-in-action & development NGO;
– LDN (Lebanese Development Network)
The project partners will interface with each other so that the people audience to be profiled is as broad and heterogeneous as possible, so that the data collected can be very focused on the demands of the world of work & employment. The dissemination and diffusion of project obtained results will be carried out using methods to maximize their impact and reach new audiences by making maximum use of social channels and adopting a balanced mix of online and offline communication tools: websites, workshops, seminars, conferences, press releases, audiovisual and multimedia products, public events, contacts and existing networks throughout the duration of the project. The steps for dissemination to be conducted will be:
BEFORE the start of the project:
– elaboration of a dissemination and exploitation plan;
– definition of expected impact and products;
– determination of of modes of dissemination and exploitation activities and type of recipients & target groups;
– assignment to the budget dissemination activities and adequate resources.
DURING the project:
– contact the appropriate media at the local and/or regional & international level;
– conduct regular activities such as information sessions, trainings, demonstrations, peer reviews;
– assessment of project impact on the target groups;
– involvement of other interested parties in transfering the results to the end-users.
AFTER the project
– development of ideas for future cooperation;
– evaluation of results and impact;
– contact with the relevant media;
– contact of political decision-makers if relevant.
The expected results will act on the school and post-school education systems so that it is possible to have an alignment of the training towards the specific demands of the labor market. This project, if properly developed, could help the dialogue between the different Ministries of Education and Labour Ministries of the individual nations, to achieve an alignment of knowledge and skills of the people that allows access to the work world at a community level and not anymore local
