Project Summary

Way to live is a project of three informal groups of young people from Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Aims through the implementation of small-scale LARP for young people and youth workers in smaller villages in Trencin, Zlín and South Moravia present LARP as an interesting and fun way to spend free time and effective method of non-formal education. It will also to those who approached this activity, to provide methodological support.
All this had to contribute to the development of direct project participants and increase their chances of finding employment just in the field of experience pedagogy and non-formal education.
This project builds on project outcomes and results of these groups projects supported by the European Union through the Erasmus+ in the past (Play the life – the game live / Way to go)
The main realized activities were educative larps, presentations of larp as method of non-formal education and creation of methodical support for those who want to independently realize one of the eductive larps created within the project.
The result of these activities is the realization of 21 larps, addressed to a group of 415 young people and to 42 teachers, youth workers and youth leaders. They were acquainted with the larp as leisure activity and method of informal learning. Many of them have rated this new experience positively and have expressed an interest in take it also in the future. Direct project participants gain new skills, develop their core competencies and thereby increase their empoyability.
