The purpose of our project; to develop a good program by developing the best practices we have experienced with our partners, to spread it to the local, national and international arena, to gain new and sustainable qualifications by strengthening our professional qualifications, to develop a supportive school life for disadvantaged students. At the same time, by solving the problem underlying our academic failure, by creating a positive school atmosphere in the field of education, by supporting our values, contributing to the goals of the EU 2020 strategy plan, training qualified human resources and reducing early school dropout below 10%. As a result, our project integrates with both the EU 2020 strategy plan targets and the goals of our stakeholders. Bullies and the bystanders will be able to distinguish conflict, different types of bullying models, and aggressive behaviors that can harm community building., they will have the chance to improve their basic competences and skills. Our students will be one step ahead by having European awareness and understanding democracy that are among our main priorities. Our teachers will become aware of the emotional needs of the students and prepare and implement the school policy plan to combat and prevent bullying. They will be able to integrate social and emotional learning, media education and mass media with education. In the coordination of the Turkey Lithuania, Romania,Poland, Spain and Italy will take place. A total of 6 learning-teacher training will be carried out, and a total of 24 students and 12 teachers from each country will participate. Participating students will consist primarily of bullies with an educationally, economically disadvantaged past, teachers who adopt the European vision and have the ability to represent their schools in Europe.
