September 18th is World Cleanup Day and people in 180 countries are picking up litter on land and from the sea, together. In this video you can see OCEA(n)RT’s project partner All For Blue find face masks in the Mediterranean during the cleanup action #KeepDelosBlue. COVID-related plastic waste thrown in the wrong place easily ends up in the ocean and contributes to the already huge problem with marine plastic pollution.

Get involved in raising awareness! If you are working for/with a Civil Society Organisation and the age group 13-30, one way to find new creative ways to raise awareness on marine plastic pollution is by joining our piloting sessions. During OCEA(n)RT, we will map, test and disseminate methods that combine awareness raising with the creation and dissemination of visual art made by youth. Contact your national project partner if you want to know more about upcoming events or sign up here!

OCEA(n)RT is a collaboration between All For Blue 🇬🇷 Artit 🇬🇧 Citizens In Power 🇨🇾 KMOP 🇬🇷 Reframe 🇧🇪 Interarts and TILLT 🇸🇪 and co-funded by the Erasmus+  Programme of the European Union 🇪🇺
