Project Summary
The objective of the project is to improve the quality of public services related to youth entrepreneurship in the cultural sector within the networks of the transnational association within a period of 2 years.
It is based on the creation of a European platform with online tools for youth workers, employment agents and volunteers who work daily with young entrepreneurs.
The project partners are:
AEGARE (Spain), Creator European Consultants SRL (Romania), Izmit Ilce Milli Egitim Mudurlugu (Turkey), DOREA Educational Institute WTF (Cyprus), European Regional Framework for Cooperation (Greece).
Objectives:
Specific objective 1: improve the quality of public services related to youth entrepreneurship in the cultural sector within the networks of the transnational association, organizing exchanges of good practices and exploring areas of self-employment within the participating countries, sharing experiences and multiplying actions positive locally.
Specific objective 2: Improve skills in the areas of employment and self-employment for 20 youth workers, trainers and volunteers of the project partner organizations.
Specific objective 3: Promote the concepts of entrepreneurship, self-employment and social economy among youth workers and employment agents.
Specific objective 4: Implement the AEGARE Business Angels network at European level.
Expected results:
– A functional portal designed to provide tools and resources to youth workers to combat youth unemployment through the creation of companies that include:
* A training kit for youth workers and employment agents with innovative tools for entrepreneurship workshops that have been used during the project and in future activities.
* Computer resources that serve as training tools in non-formal education for employment.
* A database with training tools to promote youth entrepreneurship in the cultural sector.
* Multimedia instruments to promote examples / results of good practices of this project.
– Skills development for 20 multipliers from 5 countries.
– Awareness among youth workers regarding the creation of cultural enterprises by young people
– Increasing the level of training and information for youth workers on how to run activities for young entrepreneurs
– A cultural Business Angels network that operates in the 5 countries of the project and facilitates the financing of business projects in the cultural sector to young people.
– A study aimed at strengthening the role of entrepreneurship workshops in the EU.
