The young people have grown personally and professionally (in competences and self-confidence), and are implementing the learned tools in a variety of activities, within the organisation or in other organisations/ institutions/ entrepreneurships. The partners have intensified their networks, created new collaborations, learned new (educational) tools and are using these added values for their work to support young people with fewer opportunities in their personal and professional growth. Follow-up ideas are being implemented or discussed, in the same consortium and/ or in collaboration with others.
