Project Summary

This latin sounding acronym calls back to our common roots. It translates into “as the water flows”. The H2O molecule shall indeed be our core thread. For water is in and of itself in various fields we share with with each other, be it from a cultural, scientific, or environmental standpoint. Our actions will aim for four fundamental objectives: social, cultural, linguistic and environmental. The groundwork of our approach is to give meaning to our teachings to the service of an European project and its values.
