Project Summary

The conclusion of the feed back was the following:
– Trainers found the improvements useful and functional. They believe the improved curriculum will lead to better results on final evaluation of the trainees;
– Trainers found the created methodology very very good for them as they had to look on internet to find all the information about the modern equipment and sometimes they could not find anything;
– Bakery staff found the Miniguide useful for them to instruct their employees in using the equipment
– Bakery employees found the miniguide useful for them to learn how to use the equipment and to have a resource to repeat at home, to remember what to do;
– VET providers were happy to have more resources to use during their Bakery Vocational course. It was lack of resources in this domain before, they declared;
– VET providers found the improvements made to the curriculum very good and necessary for a long time before;
– Offices for Unemployment declared that the improvements made the course more attractive for people looking for a qualification and those who graduated this course could find a job easier.
Long term benefits:
– The created resources can be used by any interested people or organizations and are available on the project website which will be maintained in future too, having a special link from all partners websites;
– The further actions to be taken – to propose the improvements to the National Authorities to be included in the National Curriculum;
– The partnerships between VET providers and local bakeries can lead to the increase in employments in the domain;
– The partnership of the project created a long-term friendship and cooperation between partner organization which will lead to more other applications
