Project Summary

The DLNGO project aimed at exchanging best practices in order to start shaping a basic educational framework for digital literacy in the NGO sector at a European level, integrating the expertise of 7 partners engaged in different topics related to technology for social good.
7 different partners were included in this project (Les Ateliers du Bocage, RESURSNYI TSENTR ROZVYTKU HROMADSKYH ORHANIZATSIY “HURT”, Fondacja Techsoup, Fondacija Mozaik, SocialTechno Impresa Sociale, Illunion Tecnologia y Accessibilidad) from France, Ukraine, Poland, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Italy and Spain. During 24 months, participating organizations developed their knowledge in the field of digital adult education and training through 4 transnational meetings of 2-3 days each.
Topics relevant for NGOs launching their digital transformation, best practices on how to launch online courses, viable face-to-face and online training business models for the social sector, … : here is a glimpse of discussions that were held among participants. “I felt inspired by the meetings and everything going on in the different countries” says partner from Bosnia Herzegovina; “We were able to share experience and real cases […] it allowed us to see the work more comprehensively” adds partner from Ukraine.
DLNGO project was a great opportunity for training professionals to share their experience, learn from their peer but also for newcomers in the field of adult education to gain confidence and knowledge. Cross-learning experiences convinced participating organizations to develop new contents on digital transformation topics and formats. And certainly convince participating organizations to go further : create more synergies between partners, and maybe submit new applications for Erasmus + funding to work on developing new courses and digital transformation processes.
