Project Summary

The Robin Institution in Vienna, France, and the Knarvik High School in Norway have decided to work together on the use of new technologies and the deviances that they may have. For 24 months, a group of 12 students (6 French and 6 Norwegian) will work on a complete inventory in each country. On the tools used as well as the negative consequences (harassment, discrimination …). The two groups will meet twice. The goal is to exchange each time and especially to meet the experts of the country on the subject. Thus, it is already planned a meeting with associations that do prevention with young people on the use of social networks, but also with gendarmes and or judges on the criminal consequences of misuse of these tools.
They will be supervised by teachers who are sensitive to the use of new technologies but also aware of the deviances that can be made.
We focused this project on a final production that will take the form of the drafting of a charter for the proper use of new technologies. these 10 proposed and written commands by the students will then be presented by themselves to the younger students. They will act as ambassadors and will be responsible for training other ambassadors.
We believe deeply in the transmission of good practices by peers. Today we must educate our students and guide them in using the new technologies that surround them constantly. For that, we will put a lot of energy into this project we believe in. The international relations department of the institution will be in charge of the entire logistics and project monitoring.
