Project Summary

“Entre savoirs traditionnels et numériques ” is a project that gathers organizations working into the problematics of the access of information technologies for minorities in Europe and south America.
The idea is to allow young people with indigenous and local backgrounds from Spain, France, Chile and Argentina, learning about the use of technological mediatic tools such as: video, press writing for the web, numerical photograhs, radiophonic digital material. After a time of preparation into the diffrents partner’s organizations on the theme of medias, freedom of expression, tradtionnal and local knowledges, the young people will gather 3 weeks in France to create materials on the problematic of health knowledges and the transmission through digital tools.
The material will then be gathered into an ebook wich will be a squeleton of a numerical book edition made by/for young people on différent themes regarding the transmission of knowledges and the keeping of immaterail humanity patrimony.
Conferences about the theme using the final product will then be organized in order to communicate around the possibilities given by the use of digital tools by young people.
