Project Summary

In all schools, there is a section of the student population that is very difficult to motivate in several areas:
– ambition in the choice of studies
– motivation for studies
– disadvantaged public from the financial, cultural and social point of view
– little concerned with European identity
– easily drop out
This audience must also have the claim of success in these areas, and mainly in studies. The professional integration of these young people remains problematic in a world where school and social skills are of paramount importance.
The professionals who supervise these young people are often destitute and do not find the keys and the tools to revive a dynamic at home. Despite their will and their work, the results are not up to the societal challenge.
The main goal of this project is to give meaning to the work of adults and to give young people the tools to recover their lost ambition.
Through the development of young people’s skills (linguistic, academic, linguistic, social) and by developing interdisciplinary skills and the common search for new tools among professionals, we hope to give meaning to each other’s work.
With the experience of each partner, in the exchange of practices, in the experimentation of new devices, in linguistic sharing, in the discovery of European citizenship, we will find the path to success for our students.
