Project Summary

This project intends to motivate students into the school classes via music and decrease the rate of drop out and skipping the class due to academic failure. More or less each partner suffers from skipping,early leavers and drop outs.In this project Music is a tool to reach the academic success and reach our goals.The musical activities are directly related to curriculum of scholastic.Through musical activities by studying on courses,writing lyrics,composing,and singing Pupils will improve basic maths,daily usage of English,grammer in mother tonque,reading habits,reading comprehension,commenting novels.Beside this they will improve writing skills with essays and short stories.
During the project we will benefit from the methods:Latent Learning,Pupils teach pupils,Peer cooperation,creativity,teachers assisting,Musical skills,researches.
180 students will join the mobilities.The participant students will be elected from both hardworking and disadvantaged students(Unscuccessful students and yield to leaving school,skippers)
N.Macedonia,Turkey,Spain,Greece,and Italian schools will attend to project with 13-17 years old students

The P activities will be related with Twinspace and pupils will upload their works to Twinspace.P activities are ;

Informing about Latent Learning and learning through skills
Meeting with parents
Webinar meetings among students and teachers
Improve literature & your mother tonque through music
Improve basic mathematics through music
Improve basic language skills through music
Convert the novels into musical rhythm
Writing skills and short stories.

LTT activities will be in 5 parts including 1) Ice breaks with games and creative drama 2)Workshops and/or seminars, 3)Cultural sightseeing, 4) musical activities 5) evaluation

Workshop & Learning about Greek Music in Greece
Seminar & Street Concerts in Turkey
Workshop & Song Contest in Spain
Seminar & Lets Play For Olds in N.Macedonia
Workshop & Take a Clip in Unesco Cultural Heritage City in Turkey
Seminar & Take a clip in the Nature in Romania

During the C activity we will apply the methodologies Round Table,Brainstorming,Sightseeing observation,Project based learning,Creative Drama.
In this project we aim to;
-build a supportive, safe school atmosphere,
– strengthen the idea of belonging to the school and class,
– develope better relationships between students and teachers,
– involve teachers in monitoring and working with students,
– Sensitizing each school staff to the need to resolve early school drop-out.
– All schools have,more or less, school drops earlyschool leavers and skippers.Thanks to this project in each instution the rates of school drops and skippers will decrease %3. We will report the results in the end of the project and share our methodology by curricula makers,teachers groups and experts in School Education Gateaway Portal.
– Beside low academic success the participant schools include Romas and minorities.Through this project we will give chance to disadvantged pupils (who are Romas and minority and who have low academic success) to discover their skills and potential and make them keep attending lessons .

All results will be publicly available and each activity will be seized to measure the success of the project.
We will share our methods and results with stakeholders (teachers groups,school education gateaway, curricula meetings,and education governers in the local).So that this project, beside increasing school motivation in a short time among disadvantaged students and failed students , will help to shape the future curriculums and education methodologies in the long term.
The project will not only improve academic success but also disseminate the eTwinning portal in each community.In the P activity, each school will hold a dinner with the school principles,and keen teachers who are interested in international projects.The students will share their experineces with a Video show and play the Works composed during the Project process. In this activity we want to prove that Erasmus+ is easy and eTwinning broaden the minds and improves Project based learning methods.
