Project Summary
In the 21st century technological devices replaced with traditional way of teaching. Teachers and the students are collaboratively working together. Both of them are active participants inside and outside the classroom. Traditional way of teaching doesn’t meet students needs. In this century students are more engaged with innovative technological materials. Thus, inside and outside the classroom the teachers need to give opportunity to the students motivate them to learn effectively. Primarily, teachers need to improve their digital skills and reshape their teaching implementations. They need more time to spare for implementations in the classroom and let the students study at home with pre-recorded videos or lessons. Thus, when the students come to class they are ready to participate activities and the teacher will have more time to problem solving activities and implementations. The students will have chance to improve their analysing, evaluating and understanding skills. That is, they will discover their learning strategies and reach success to learn effectively. Both teachers and students have more effective time in teaching and learning process. Flipped classroom model and Web2.0 tools give advantage to the learners and the teachers also an alternative way to traditional teaching. In Flipped classroom model both teachers and the students have more time to in the classroom for active implementations and Web2.0 tools support Flipped classroom with its technological tools. Thus, this will enhance both teachers and learner 4C skills such as creavity, communication, collaboration and critical thinking. These skills are 21st century skills of teachers and learners. To pace the time in education we aim to trace new and innovative implementations in teaching and learning process. Furthermore, with cross-cultural integration we will gain European vision and our organization will get European value. Teachers and the students will enhance their foreign language and meet variety of languages and cultures. The applicant country is Poland and the partner countries are Greece, England Italy, Czech Republic, Turkey. While selecting the partner countries we take attention to their background and experiences about flipped classroom, Web2.0 technology and their implementations in innovative practices which involves 21st century skills. By means of our project, each partner country will have chance to interchange innovative and good sample of practices and activities. There will be a cross cultural integration among the partners. The teachers will improve and enrich their proficiency in their teaching practices and reshape it with exchanging practices with partner countries. The target group of the project is the secondary school teachers on the total 75 teachers and the pupils their age range between 14-17 on the total 60 who will benefit from LTT mobilities of the project. In the project there will be three pupils exchange and three teacher training activities. The teachers and the students will take part in workshops, meetings and project activities also share variety of implementations. Thus, all the participants will enhance their 21st skills, foreign language, social and cultural aspect, and meet European 2020 targets in education. We will evaluate our project quantative and qualitative indicators. The qualitative indicator of the project will be a checklist and it will be filled by each countries project leader by observing and monitoring the participants and the activities in LTT mobility. The results willl be evaluated whether the project reaches its goal. The quantitative stage of the project, there will be an online questionnaire before and after the project to search the participants progress and also in each LTT the host country will execute a questionnaire to the participants to search whether the project reaches its aim. Also, the number of visitors to our project website, eTwinning portal, facebook corner will be evaluated. The project all process, outcomes and activities will be uploaded on project website, Erasmus+ Project Results page, School Education Gateway, eTwinning, facebook corner. All the partner countries will share the project impact and results of the project at local, regional, national and international level, we aim and hope to reach wide range of community so this will be the great value of the project.
