Project Summary

Nowadays, the most negative effect of spending too much time playing computer games and watching television is that children become anti-social. They have difficulties in direct contact with their peers. In the project was children from Bulgaria, Turkey and Romania, when this problem was developed. At the beginning the aim of our project is to encourage children to dream, develop their creativity, curiosity and ability to share ther achievements – games, sports with their peers from other countries. This was the first step to let children know one another. The second important stage of knowledge is to know yourself by knowing the cultures, traditions, customs, holidays thourgh art, music, drama, sports, experiences and direct contact. We established not only multi-dimensional ties between our countires but also ties between our families through acting, fun and spending leisure time together. Teachers developed creative and innovative activities in the teaching process, developed ability to work in interdisciplinary team and know new teaching methods. Children are motivated to learn foreing languages, discover and learn closest surroundings, country and Europe. Materials developed in the project will serve teachers in partner institutions, local and other. Activities related to traditions will remain permanently in the calendars of kindergartens. Language skills of children and teachers will be developed through various activities. It is very valuable for us that children and their families spend more time on fun, games, walks and trips.
