<< Background >>
RENewAL project started from the reflection that the Real Estate activity has always followed a business model based on a financial logic ignoring management aspects. Specifically, the South European countries have a deficit in management culture due to the high fragmentation of markets. That’s why partners have identified a specific skills gap in lacking of innovative elements of management in Real Estate sector. For this reason, for such countries it is necessary to find innovative solutions

The objectives of RENewAL project are to promote new skills and competencies in Real Estate occupations integrating the knowledge transfer on Health & Wellbeing in the VET of Real Estate Managers for the development of innovative and profitable solutions in Workplace Management tackling a specific skill gap in Real Estate activities through the design, testing and delivery of a European Pilot VET Programme and spread a sustainable culture of workplace management.

The project has developed an implementation strategy including a preparatory study phase in which a multidisciplinary research activity allows to define a transnational methodology for the design of an innovative VET solutions, a processing phase for the development of VET programme its contents, tools and methods, a testing and validation phase and a learning outcome-oriented phase that paves the way towards the assessment, recognition and validation of the learning outcomes (LOs) produced.

The project has reached as results a shared and transnational methodology for the definition of a VET Programme for Real Estate Mangers, a defined set of VET contents and methodologies, a conditions set for the promotion, assessment, recognition and validation of the RENewAL learning outcomes and a tested and validated European Pilot VET Programme.
