Project Summary

For this Erasmus + project, the non-profit organisation Muzaïka and their singer Raphy Rafaël join forces with Belgian, Turkish, Spanish and Romanian partners to create a choir. The choir will sing songs created by itself on the theme of difference as well as songs from Raphy Rafaël.

These songs will be used as support to teach the children music, how to act on stage, to improve self-confidence and especially to help the integration of people with disabilities. Working with music will allow people with special needs to develop their strength and will help international and human exchange.

The created songs will be included in several concerts (one in each country). The participating children from each country will be represented each time in the choir. This concert will present the progress of the work and will allow to share the message of the songs with the local public. The last concert will be the presentation of this work and will be recorded so that each child can have an audio memory of this project in which he participated.

This project also aims to facilitate the learning of singing in schools and to improve its quality. For this, an educational file will be made using the experiences of participating teachers and classes.
