Project Summary

Triple E : E-learning – E-twinning – E-rasmus
A digital School Exchange partnership between the GRG 16 in Vienna and the LPO Antoine de ST-EXUPERY on La Réunion.

Our project title shows three important pillars of the project, which are to be linked together and should lead to the opening up of our schools in the European context.

The aim of E-learning is to promote the responsible and motivational use of digital media, to meet the ever-increasing demands of the computer world and to encourage pupils to use and disseminate e-tools, especially in foreign language teaching, by planning lessons for other pupils. The e-learning content will focus mainly on cultural, historical and everyday events in the two partner countries. These interactive lessons will be made available to all interested teachers via the Austrian Language Centre.

E-twinning will be the common platform of communication of both partner institutions. As the partner institutions have already worked with each other through the platform, they will come back to the working method which has already been proven effective and work together on different tasks. On the one hand, different e-tools will be tested and lessons for beginners in the foreign language (French and/or German) will be planned, on the other hand, activities will be planned which will take place during the visits.

E-rasmus stands for the real exchange of partner schools, in which everything that pupils and teachers have planned virtually in the course of the project is implemented and experienced in real terms. These virtual contacts will be lifted to a personal level, the foreign language will be spoken spontaneously and the pupils can do things together that were previously planned with the help of the computer. Other schools are also visited during the visits, where pupils pass on lessons previously planned to younger pupils. Lesson sequences will also be held in the partner schools.
