From 17-20 September, 2024 the European Association for International Education (EAIE) organises its annual conference in Toulouse, France. Last years’ conference was attended by 6.500 participants. Tuning-CALOHEE will have its round table session on 18 September 2024 from 13.30-14.30h. The session is entitled: Apples and pears: Can quality be measured at the transnational level?
The programme offers the following outline of the session: “Recognition of studies is key to any student mobility. This requires well-defined instruments such as the European Qualifications Framework, the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance, the ECTS Users’ Guide and the Lisbon Recognition Convention. All these tools have aged, particularly given societal and IT developments. This session will discuss new state-of-the-art instruments that are essential for cooperative efforts such as European University Alliances and joint degrees”.
