Project Summary

Preschool institutions are places of education. Important is to figure out these approaches to education and to make them equal in their chances. This is a responsible work, which carries out the educational specialist personnel holistically professionally and sustainably. But how can this be done in a differentiated way in our knowledge society without overstraining the individual? We can succeed in this in a frequently demanded daily work routine. Which strategies and approaches can specialists in their own country use? It is important to find out and at the same time open our eyes to the Netherlands in order to find out whether we can benefit there from a sustainable and action-oriented education work. And what good ideas can we have for the European partners, because everywhere pedagogical specialists are confronted with similar content as well as structural questions.
