Project Summary

We are three partners, Germany, Romania and Hungary, who are working on the project with the main target to develop a tool about/for the three EU-countries in an EU-partnership, indicating the opportunities to continue the education in Europe, in one of the participating countries in Erasmus+project and to review the possibilities to work in Europe e.g. RO, GER&HU with the qualification in the home country. This project is divided into four different phases which will take place in three different mobilities:
1. Workshop for school staff (Munich)
2. Training for students: European educational qualification and the opportunities on the labor market in Germany (Munich)
3. Training for students: Labour market with the focus on opportunities for job application and study at the university in Hungary (Hungary)
4. Trainng for students: European educational qualification and the opportunities on the labor market and study at the universityin in Romania (Romania)
The objective of each mobility is twofold:
1. Students, organized in international groups, will work jointly to develop an international tool as an answer to a real social and economical challenge on the European labour market. Students will follow the different phases stated above to develop a tool with differnt focus on the challenges of the European labour market in Germany, Hungary and Romania. By the end of the three phases or mobilities, students should have a digital tool of their product, which will be a guide for young people from the three partners in the project who want to continue their education in the EU-country or for those who are looking for the opportunities to work abroud, to find a workplacement and get higher qualification, according to the qualification, professional knowledge and skills in the home country. We are planning a video pitch to promote their activities..
2. Host students and teachers will be in charge of organizing workshops, activities and excursions in their corresponding mobilities.
Acitivities
By the end of first year
0. Teacher’s training: intercultural training and the specific pattern of the educational system in Germany (Mobility in Munich)
1. designing of the logo for the project and vote for it (Mobility in Germany)
2. design of the website ( realised by experts)
3. comparing the schools system observation of the practices at different types of schools
4. research on the net and at the JobCenter about German EU labour market and vacances
5. Developing of the IT, social, literacy and speaking competences in English
6. Job interview training/Job Application in the JobCenter in Munich
7. Application forms for the different forms of universities in Munich and researching for their requirements for Students abroad
8. Creating an e-tool for students to study and work in Bavaria with a qualification from HU or RO

By the end of second year
1. Internet research resp. comparing the school systems in RO and HU
2. Training students during the activities, Jobinterview/JobApplication in HU and RO
3. Case study in HU and RO
4. Developing of social, entrepreneural skills, written and intercultural compentence (RO)
5. Developing of reading, writing&speaking skills through CLIL (HU)
6. Creating a e-guide for students to study and work in HU with qualification from GER and RO (Mobility in HU)
7. Creating a e-guide for students to study and work in RO with a qualification from GER and HU (Mobility in RO)

Participants
– students from business and technical vocational college between 16 and 18 years old
– 28 participants in the mobilities and between the mobilities all students from the three vocational colleges

– a digital guide: work and study in GER, HU and RO with qualification in the home country
– Sufficient scope of the EU labour market
– Schooling adapted to the pupil’s educational needs

– The majority supporting what at present students also with special needs receive and benefit from the international work
The long term development of the involved institutions will be provided with the application of the project results in the curriculum locally and internationally
