Project Summary
„The International meetings with entrepreneurship” project contained organization of four actions connected with learning and three meetings as a part of building strong and long-lasting strategic partnership in youth people cases. Exchanging good practices involved in work of Croatian ENAS Association, Kosovian SOKRAT and Solunian Brothers – Cyril and Method Foundation staff was a goal of the project. Volunteers and counselors from involved organizations took part in time span of projects actions involving learning in Poland and Croatia. Management and youth leaders of project coordinators and partners participated
in international meetings involving project. First action in learning field concerned enhancing of soft skills, explaining and expanding term of transnational entrepreneurship. Classes were led by qualified staff, young people who undoubtedly interested people participating in project.
Second meeting was connected with social economy, subject that is interesting for Polish, Croatian and Kosovian young people.
Both “polish” meetings took place in Bieszczady in picturesque village Rajskie – in comfortable Caritas Facility. It’s a place which helped young people that took part in project concentrate on worked issues.
Third and fourth meeting was placed in Slavonski Brod and Selce (Rijeka) – beautiful Croatian towns.
Third meeting helped participants in expanding their language skills, especially in field of civil society, social economy and other project subjects. On that meeting participants will learn the value of language abilities in international communication. On fourth meeting young people were able to learn Croatian ways of
entrepreneurship, beside that they continued to discover Croatian culture, established valuable relations and planned their future careers.
Young people took part in classes led by trainers, coaches, psychologists, mentors and counselors. Youth was involved in creating international business plans that can help in building international corporation.
Expanding entrepreneurship awareness and leadership potential of young people participating in project was a goal of all these actions. Entrants learned competences necessary to take first, reasonable steps in business. On third and fourth meeting project staff realized problems mentioned by project participants. It was an answer to all the needs that were mentioned by project participants in duration of project. International website of project was additional tool where
young people published all materials worked out during project. All the actions were enriched by information campaign on local and national levels managed by project coordinator and his partners.
Campaign was focused on rebutting stereotypes, intercultural dialogue and goods worked out during project. In time between actions young people organized happenings and informational actions that will help acquaint public eye with culture of countries involved in project.
Not more than three people from management staff of project coordinators and partners took part in project meetings. Not more than five participants plus counselor from all sides involved in project took part in learning actions.
In expectations realization of this project helped to accomplish results mentioned below:
1. Expanding collaboration between partners and building long-lasting partnership
2. Neutralize barriers raised by stereotypes
3. Gaining bigger knowledge about issues of social economy
4. Conducting courses according to problems pointed out by young participants
5. Promotion of entrepreneurship behavior
6. Exchanging good practices between Polish, Croatian and Kosovian young people

8. Integration between Polish, Croatian and Kosovian young people – making new friends

The project had an impact on local communities and reached the central levels of the partner country as a promotion of good youth work and promotion of activities strengthening the position of young people. The project at every social level was aimed at breaking stereotypes, building an attitude of openness among young people and wider circles.
